Transportation
We have arranged for Ashe County Livery to help transport a portion of our guests between the 1927 Lake Lure Inn and our venue via shuttle. It will run from 3:30pm to 10:30pm. Please see below for the exact schedule.
If you are interested in taking the shuttle, please click the link below to register. When registering, be sure to specify the size of your party in the Quantity field (i.e. if it’s just you, leave Quantity as 1; if it’s you and your partner, enter Quantity as 2; etc). Availability is limited, so the sooner you sign up the better! We will update this website if space runs out or if anything else changes.
Schedule:
3:30pm - first group picked up from hotel, arriving at venue at approximately 3:45pm
4:00pm - second group picked up from hotel, arriving at venue at approximately 4:15pm
6:30pm-9:15pm - the shuttle will be available at the venue for anyone that would like to head back early
9:45pm - first group leaves venue, arriving back at hotel at approximately 10:00pm
10:15pm - second group leaves venue, arriving back at hotel at approximately 10:30pm
You are not required to stay at the hotel to take advantage of this. There is ample public parking in downtown Lake Lure by the hotel, so if you’d like to leave your car there and take the shuttle to the venue you are more than welcome - just make sure you are parking legally and be aware that the shuttle will drop you off at the same location (so you will need to be able to get yourself back to wherever you are staying from there).
